Can you trade Pokemon from an Emerald ROM to a DS game?

I have an Emerald ROM on my iPhone. Is there a way to get the Pokemon from it onto a legitimate copy of a DS game? I have Diamond, Platinum, HG, Black, and Black 2. I'm guessing I would have to use Diamond or Platinum

I don't think there's only a legit copy of emerald will let you trade over to other legit games

Unfortunately, no. Any and all emulators (especially GBA4iOS, which I assume you are using) are capable of any form of communication with other games.
