Can you unrestore your iPhone 4s from an iPod touch?

Okay, so whenever i buy a song on my phone, it automatically goes to my iTunes on my macbook pro. I bought a song on my computer, and it did not sinc onto my phone. So i plugged my phone in, and it said restore to iPod. I clicked yes because i thought that would put the song on my phone from my iTunes which was made for my iPod touch. When i looked at my phone, it was how my iPod touch looked. My music, apps, contacts, pictures. They were all gone and replaced with the stuff on my iPod. So the background, music, pictures, that were on my iPod were there. So i lost all my contacts, pictures, and songs from my phone. Can i get them back? I know i have iCloud…

Sorry you can't unrestore it

It sounds like all that you have to do is to turn on iCloud on the iPhone. This will only work if you were backing up to iCloud BEFORE you did the restore.

On the matter of the restore, it copies a backup from the computer. In your case, the backup was from the iPod Touch.
