Can you unsync an iphone 6. I lost everything?

I got a new iphone 6 the other day. I was using away at it and i just plugged it into my laptop and sync d it under restore new iphone and i lost all my photos i had taken and all my contacts. Is there any way of undo-ing this?

Only way is IF you had turned the iCloud backup on before syncing to the pc. You could restore from an iCloud backup in settings. If you didn't then last chance is you'll have to check iTunes to see how many backup versions you have in there. Yeah, they don't tell you but it'll hold a couple for each device with different dates. Maybe you backed up from an older one but synced a new one before you pressed the button.
