Can't access my mail account on pc after opening it on iphone?

Can't access my mail account on pc after opening it on iphone, the password wizard keeps on asking for secret question( cousin's name) and i can't remember and the alternate email address is not matching, i remember my pet's name and password but not cousin's name.

Make sure your signed out from the Iphone as the internet only allows

  • Is it possible to update read emails on iPhone before opening Mail app? It's super annoying when my Mail app displays a number of unread messages and when they appear on the lock screen, after I've already opened them on my computer. Is there any way to get it to update read emails, so I don't have to open Mail to get the badge counter to go away?
  • IPHONE 6 Apps close right after opening? Not all of them but some of them. For example if I open Amazon or Facebook app, I see the main page page for a second or two. Then it takes me straight to the home page, why is it doing that? I've got the IOS 9.1

  • Does opening new account with ATT affect your credit? Recently, I opened an account with ATT when iPhone 5 released. I was with Sprint before I went to ATT. However, I'm going to get a new car within a month, so I pulled out a credit report from Equifax, surprisingly, ATT left a mark under inquiry. Isn't it for real? I thought phone company only run your credit when you have no credit. Is everyone having the same situation? If not, i'm going to dispute.note: i hate equifax!
