Can't delete items that haven't been downloaded?

I tried to download a movie on my iphone 5. I have IOS7. I do not want the movie to download and it won't because my storage is too full. I have deleted everything I do not want and my iPhone will not finish syncing to my laptop. How do I delete this purchase?

Sync your iPhone to iCloud, FIRST.

Then, erase everything from your iPhone that you Synced to iCloud.

Then, download the video you bought. There's no way to get a refund.

  • Recently my iphone has been getting songs I never bought downloaded? It seems that they downloaded on their own, and when I looked them up, I couldn't even find them in itunes. Moreover, when I try to delete them from my phone it doesn't even give me the option to do so. I've heard a little about this problem before, but I can't seem to find any fixes for it. Any ideas?
  • New iphone- some of my songs haven't downloaded? I just upgraded from the 4s to the 5c and completely backed my old phone up to icloud and tried to sync with the new one. My apps/contacts/messages etc are all fine but some of my songs are missing. I don't always use iTunes to download songs, so I do have some which are downloaded from other sources. Is this why I have some missing? Does icloud only back up the ones it recognizes?
