You are obviously not entering the details correctly or there may be a problem with your email supplier, I would phone your email supplier and see if there's a problem with the server, they can also talk you through setting up your iPhone correctly
- Reinstalling whatsapp on iPhone 4? I installed whatsapp when it was free in the App Store. It's giving me trouble now and the only solution is to delete and reinstall the app. However, now the app is paid in the store. If I reinstall the app now, will I have to pay for it?

- Purchased songs lost after reinstalling iTunes? I had to delete iTunes today then reinstall it because my iPhone wasn't being detected under Devices. I easily transferred my purchased songs from my phone's iTunes but the purchased ringtones I had aren't there anymore. They don't show up in the Tones section of anything. I checked my iTunes purchase history and they're clearly there. So how do I get them back or find them?
