Can't delete any of my songs on my iphone?
Every song that was on my mothers phone somehow went to mine, and i can't delete ANY of them, I want every single on gone. And i can't get rid of them. When i click the delete button, my screen freezes and its still there. And thank you alot apple, for putting a reset button on everything but your music.
Don't blame Apple if you don't know how to sync your iPhone.
Do you and Mom have separate Apple IDs?
Do you and Mom share an iTunes library?
Does the music have a little cloud icon next to it?
On the computer, use the iTunes menu and find Preferences, under the Devices tab turn auto sync OFF
Create a playlist of your music in iTunes.
Sync that playlist rather than the entire library to the iPod.
I would guess and say reboot the phone first. If that doesn't work your probably going to have to restore it. But that should fix it and then just use iCloud to back it up and everything will put right back on it in about 10 minutes
- Why won't iTunes transfer any song or any file to any of my devices? I have unistalled and reinstalled iTunes multiple times. When I go to to transfer a song to iphone, ipad, ipod it just freezes up and doesn't do anything. I'm running the newest version of the program. What do I need to do? Just want to fix it. Thanks. I have waited on the program to transfer just to see if it is slow or what and it took 30 mins and nothing. I can't download software updates also.

- Why can't I delete or add songs onto my iPhone through iTunes 11.0.4? I can delete songs directly off of my iPhone but even if they're deleted, iTunes still says they're on my iPhone.
