I don't know if I'll get in though or not but I plan on applying to columbia university's summer high school student program ( I'm semi- confident I'll be enrolled ).
I attended a few conferences though, such as the medical leaders and so on but I'm pretty sure they're scams as I've never expressed interest in the medical field openly ever. A few others but not even worth mentioning (I used it as a chance to meet new people and be exposed to college administration).
Lastly: sorry for any mistakes as I'm on an iphone.
Your math SAT is way low for MIT, and Yale and Stanford are so competitive you really need to be more lucky than good, or really stand out in some way. You've got a great chance at the others.
You might try to add a fine or performing arts EC, and maybe a student leadership activity (I know you have the city-wide one, but being elected something by the students at your own school can't hurt).
Sounds like you have a really good chance of getting in these schools. Have you taken sat subject tests though? I suggest you take three of them because schools will be looking for those as well. The great thing is you can take whatever subject you want! I'm sure you'll get into at least one of these schools if not more!
You should be capable of figuring your own chances out.

Yale released admissions decisions for the class of 2018 Thursday afternoon, accepting 1,935 students from an applicant pool of 30,932 -
You can google acceptance rates, SAT/ACT scores, GPA averages for each university you want to apply to.
The schools you want to apply to get thousands of top notch applications to choose from.
You're a pretty good candidate, I'd say. What you need right now is some SAT Subject tests and a FANTASTIC essay. Make sure to have your English teachers and counselor review it and help you point out things you can improve on.
Also go to college confidential and ask the same question in their "what are my chances" forum and make sure to include all of this information, the people there are a little more knowledgeable when it comes to these types of things
