Chase App on my iPhone Crashes

Every time I try to log in on my chase account on my iphone, it crashes once I enter my correct credentials? I called chase and they said it is not their problem. Anyone else facing this problem on his iPhone?
Details: I moved to Jordan. And It worked for few months before it stops. And Now it does not work no matter what I do! I restarted my iPhone, deleted the app and re-installed, nothing helped!

It happened to me in ny with the chase app on my blackberry. Turned out someone had gotten into my account and changed my I'd. I had to reset the I'd and password at the bank. Check for fraud as well. See if the chase app will work elsewhere than the iphone to check out if its the phone or the app
