Cheap contract deal for iPhone 5 (in the UK)?

So I'm from the UK and really want a cheap contract for the iphone 5 as by the end of the contract, I don't want to spend over £700, so anyway I found this really good website:

and really want to know, are website like these actually REAL or not? Seems too good to be true!

The best place to go is phones4u. I was on an orange contract previously and my contract was not up yet so i went to phones4u and i got a free iPhone 5 which had unlimited messages and minutes and more than enough data and they bought out my previous contract. Also if you have any old phones then you can give it to them and they can use it to take money of the total… I currently pay something like £26/8 and its an 18 month contract. Also they have AMAZING coverage which is something like £5-7 which means that if you scratch, drop or whatever your phone they will replace it no questions asked… Which i can agree with because i'm probably on my 5th iphone right now! Its really great. So to answer your question no those deals arent too good to be true, just make sure to check they don't charge you for the phone cause some companies will… Another think to be aware of is that companies don't put their best deals on the websites so if you physically go and talk to them you'll find that a lot of them lower the prices, the best places are the in between companies like phones4u, carphone warehouse ect.
