Cheapest cell phone company that carries iphones?

I really want an iPhone, especially since the new one will be $99 and $79 at walmart. The problem is all the cell phone companies are too expensive and my parents won't let me get an iphone if its going to cost over $90 for one phone with AT&T and verizon. I got a prepaid phone now that has unlimited data and texting and phone for $55 a month. Verizon and AT&T doesn't do unlimited data anymore? What's up with that? With t-mobile you have to pay for the full amount of the phone up front and thats too much. Is there any way I can get an iPhone through virgin mobile or some other cheap cell phone company?

Added (1). I'm going to need a contract. Thats a lot of money for a phone. I like the $99 better.

You know you have to pay monthly right? If you don't the phone is going to cost you like $700 without a contract.
