Cheapest legitimate site to jailbreak an iphone 4?

If you want to DIY. Head to http://iphone-developers.com/. They can show you all kinds of things you can do to your phone to include jail-breaking, installing custom roms, theming, installing different radios(for better services) and much much more. Yes it voids the warranty but there are tons of people to show you what to do if you get lost just read read read and keep reading.

The devs even include stock roms so that you can make it look like your phone was never rooted(jailbroken) in the first place.

Click on the jailbreak wizard on the home page and it will guide you through everything you need to do to jailbreak it and make your phone unique.

Trust me you can do it yourself. Don't pay for jail-breaking your device. It would help if you could specify what iOS version you're trying to jailbreak. You'll only need a valid and decent speed internet connection so you can download the tools required. Try the link I've provided below, but this is a guide to jailbreak iOS 5 not 6. This is the website i personally use my self for kailbreaking iPhone, iPod touch and the iPad. As far a iOS 6 is concerned, there's no proper jailbreak out yet released for the public.
What you need to do is to get is iOS 5 if you're already on iOS 6 (downgrade) and then jailbreak your phone. Downgrading can still be done via using TinyUmbrella. But you'll have to act fast as there's a limited time window in which you can do this. Please note though that this is only if you've updated to iOS 6. However if you're on any version of iOS 5 you're good to jailbreak.

And also before jail-breaking, make sure your iPhone is unlocked if you plan on using the iPhone with a different telephone service provider.
