Church trip in July. New church

So in July(sorry it's a long time from now) i'm going on a mission trip to Covington, KY. I Live in middle tennessee, just a little south of nashville… So it will be about a 3 or 4 hour car ride, not including stops for snacks and gas. I'm somewhat new to this church, and I don't really know the other girls. It's for 3 days, and we're helping out with children at a church that isn't doing too well. I really just wanna have a good time and get to know the others. I really like my pastors, and the girls are actually really nice from what I see. Also, I was wondering what to do on the way there? We'll most likely be crammed into a church van. I have an iPhone and ipad… And I just don't want everything to be all akward

Put away the iPhone and the iPad and talk to the other girls. Ask them questions. Who is your favorite singer? Where do you like to shop? Who does your hair? Don't get all creepy stalker like, but show an interest in them. When you talk to people, you get to know them and make friends.
