Computer is not detecting photos on my iPhone 4?

I wanted to import my photos onto my laptop so i could delete all the photos on my phone (too much memory being taking up) so i imported it and everything, it was done. But then I found out that there was no option to "delete all" on the actual phone so I connected my phone to the laptop to import it again and then tick erase after importing.
Not wanting to have a double folder of the same photos i deleted the first one, but now i'm trying to import the same photos (doing the same process as before) but it is only detecting one photo out of 943 photos & videos

Erm, I don't know what to do please help? I've tried to make this as detailed as possible in case it helps

Try using dropbox and put all your phone files on to an account you made, then access that same account on your PC and copy them off dropbox to your PC.

My suggestion is to try to reinstall the drivers. Meaning try another USB or even uninstall them from your computer completely and reinstall. Make sure you have iTunes for the maximum performance with such.

  • My laptop isn't detecting my wifi, but my iPhone and xbox are connected to it? Yeah so for some reason on my laptop the list of available wireless networks isn't showing my connection, but my iPhone and xbox both disconnect and reconnect to it without any problems, and it is providing internet access. I just can't seem to get it on my laptop all of a sudden. Does anybody have any ideas or help on this?
  • My iPhone isn't connecting properly to my Windows XP computer? Not detecting photos? I've been trying to view my photos from my iPhone and transfer music from my computer onto it but its not working. The Camera and Scanner Wizard thing opens and a pop up comes up on my phone saying "Trust This Computer?" and I select "Trust" and it appears to try to sync but then it fails. The wizard says there are no photos on my camera but there are! How do I fix this? My USB cable isn't loose or anything and when I got into my computer it shows Apple Iphone.
