Computer says iPhone has no photos?

I just got a new laptop and haven't downloaded iTunes to it yet. Currently in the process as I type though. Anyway, when I plug my phone up to my computer, it gives me the option to import my photos. When I go to do that, it says "no photos were found" but I have 649 photos in my camera roll. I can go to my computer, and see that my phone comes up, so my computer does recognize it, but it just won't show up my pictures. When I had my old phone (iPhone 3GS and old laptop) it never did this. But I just got the iPhone 4 and for some reason, my pics won't come up to import on my computer. Any help would be great!

Why don't you refresh your phone and try again.
To do this Press and Hold down the power button and the home button until the Apple appears on the screen, then let go.
Once it on try to connect it with your laptop and then try importing your photos.
This should work if not please let me know…

I used a program called TouchCopy to transfer my camera roll photos from my iPhone to my computer. It may be worth a try

Mine does that also… Ever since ONE NOTE by Microsoft was put on my PC… I do not like that program!
