Confused about first bill with telus?
I got my iphone 5 on may 16 and i'm confused about my first bill. I downloaded their app and it said that my cycle is 28/30 and it ends on may 21.So is my first payment gonna be on may 21?
You have monthly payments that fall one month from the date you activated your phone on the contract.
Look further down the page it says the due date. They ask for payment just before the due date to make sure its paid in time.
- TELUS s policy on stolen iphone? My iphone was stolen over the weekend. I once got water damage on the phone and it was glitchy, but because the damage didn't hit the chip in the phone, apple replaced it for free.what's telus's policy on stolen phones? Can i get a new iphone? At least for not the full price? ANY DETAILS WILL Help!
