Confused to whether how she feels about me?

There's this girl I met mutually through my friends about a month ago, she was one of the first real crush that I ever have for, we hung out only twice and that was with our friends, one time at a restaurant and once at the movies.

It was until last week we both went on separate vacations with our own family and I had ran into her at the same location, at first we kind of awkwardly greeted and chatted with each other, but then she made an offer for me to hang out with her for the rest of the vacation, I undoubtedly agreed instantly and she was really happy. We spent the next 2 days together at various locations and had the greatest time ever, upon coming back it was time for school to start and she collaborated with my schedule and asked that we take the same classes, like a lovesick person I did and she asked if we could walk to class that we both have now the first day of school together.

Through all of this we texted but it was always me who initiates it and she answers whenever she has the time to, our convos are really bland and to the point, with little emoticon usage (probably cause I don't have an iphone.) I concluded that she might just not be a texting person. But then I doubt myself thinking she's not interested in me.

I was with her ( and with her friends) today and had found out I found out there was going to be a possible change within my schedule where one of the class I had with her might have to be switched, she seemed really upset, and I was telling her I switch out, but she just told me, "It's up to you, do whatever is best for you." Then she later left because she had family visiting.

Tonight I texted her saying that I would be staying in the same class with her, she responded "Why would I want to." Then after contemplating on whether if I should express my feelings for her over texting. I responded "To be with you!", she later responded, "You don't have to." then after 10 minutes she said, "Thank you Richard. ".

the text ended there as I didn't know what to respond. Did she wanted me to go to places with her during vacation because she had feelings for me or just needed company because she was with her parents! Is she doing this to be friendly or does she like me!

I really want to ask her out on the first day but I can't tell if she likes me or not!

You should call her instead of texting. Shows girls that you have the balls to talk to them. And be confident don't let her get into your head. Confident is key! When you see her the first day of school walk her to class talk about stuff and make her laugh but don't be too friendly cause you're going to get friend zoned and that's BAD!
