Connect my iPhone to the Bmw radio?

I need to connect my phone to the Bmw radio to listen to pandora, but don't want to use
the FM transmitters I want to control it from the radio is that possible? There's no aux button or jack in my Bmw and no tape the radio is CD only

Just like me, I'm in a family with 7 cars that none of them have an aux-in spots or cassette players… I personally use an FM transmitter, but it is annoying with the static.

What you could do is buy an aftermarket stereo, and there are some really nice ones out there for $30-$50 that'll have aux cable capabilities or even a USB connection. The problem with these stereos is that the wiring is pretty tricky. I have always debated doing an installation myself but I'm so afraid to run into a big problem because I know of multiple friends who think a 30 minute installation takes up an entire day. If you have money to spend, you can hire someone to do all the wiring for you and they usually charge like $50 or so because they're good at it, and that might be worth it just because they won't screw up any of your electronics, and if they do, they'd fix it for you.

From the deck is no. It would be better just to upgrade the deck that is iphone capable.

Your best bet is to upgrade to an aftermarket deck.

You can retain any steering wheel controls with an adapter, along with much better sound (If you don't buy a cheap one), and much better technology. (Bluetooth, AUX, Pre-Outs, etc)

Or sometimes you can find a vehicle harness that adds an input to the stock stereo, but its gonna be more expensive than a decent deck after all is said and done.
