"okay Glass" (cause to use Google now on google glass you'd say that) "Hey Siri give me a hint" (when apple sent out invitations for their keynote event it said that) . You can send as whole email just by saying "Hey Siri, send an email to XYZ about ABC and say DEF"

I use that all the time.
Another good one is "directions to blah blah blah" and while on the road it starts telling you your turns, or on the road say "how many miles to miami beach" or where ever and it tells you how many miles you have to go. Good stuff!
