Couch to 5k and other lifestyle changes?

So! I've decided that I want to start a new lifestyle and basically already have. I mean in the last 90 days I've dropped 20+ lbs it's been great cuz I didn't work at it just did the basic eating better and walking stuff. But now I want to start to train for runs and just get healthier but not in a "I wanna lose 50lbs in 30 days" kinda way.

So I wanna know: what are the best iPhone apps to track progress? What are some routines you guys have used that worked? And mostly! Tips for a new runner with a knee injury?
And as usual, please be serious.

Couch to 5k (C25K) is amazing. I used it in preparation for starting to row a couple years back and to build my cardio considering I was Way out of shape (I could barely run the full 60 seconds at first) and it worked wonders. Just remember to stay on it religiously as slacking off, even for a few days, can set you back.

Also, for the past year, I've been dealing with hip tendinitis that may have possibly leaked into my knees and knee/hip injuries are NOT fun. If you think there's ever any additional pain caused from running in your knee, seriously, stop. It isn't worth it. You'll be in PT before you know it and ugh, no. Even before you feel pain, ice your knees every time you run (once you start to get into the later weeks of running/racing). Also, try to only run every other day and do some other form of working out on the in between days.It'll relieve some pressure.

But really, don't mess around with hips or knees. I didn't even have anything wrong with either before this developed and you say you've already had a knee injury. There are definitely ways around it but just be careful!

On iMessage, some correctly spelled words will autocorrect to really random things (mostly just capitalized the entire word) I once typed. For example, Nevermind changes to NEVERMIND Haha changes to Haha And it's just really awkward sometimes and annoying to try to change it back. Is there any other way I can disable than turning off autocorrect on the settings?
