Creepy girl taking pictures of me?

Some girl that sat at my lunch table was pointing her iPhone camera in my direction. I pretended to act like I didn't notice, but I could clearly see what she was doing in the corner of my eye. As a guy, I felt extremely uncomfortable and creeped out. Should I just sit at another table or should i contact someone at school?

There's no law that says you can't take photographs of anyone. If you are in public, she can photograph you. If you don't want her to do it, don't sit near her.

I'm saying your a liar, but was she taking pictures of you? If she is you should tell someone. 'who knows what she is doing with your pictures (dramatic scary music)' Jk don't be so paranoid like I would be. First find out if she really taking pictures of you. Because if she wasn't then you will look like an idiot. Sitting at another table seems like the most reasonable choice. And if your sure she's taking pictures of you, then tell a teacher you trust or the principal.

The last I read on the subject, it IS legal to take pictures of someone in a public place. Good luck with the authorities. You got yourself an admirer.

Next time, turn around and wave at the camera.

Your picture is probably taken dozens of times a day by someone or some surveillance!
