Cydia won't let me uninstall MyWi 4.0?

I recently got MyWi 4.0 (cracked) from xsellize on my iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1.2 evasi0n jailbreak. Whenever I try to uninstall it, it gives me several errors and gives me the option to respring. When I respring it boots in safe mode. I can't install anything because it always wants to uninstall MyWi and never finishes installing the other thing. I don't have ifile and most uninstall tutorials require that, so is there any other way to remove this without reinstalling cydia?

This normally happens to me. What works for me is resetting my network settings. So do this by going to settings and looking for reset, and then reset to network settings. If that doesn't work try to find update any outstanding packages you have, especially the important default cydia ones. Also try to remove the source of xsellize.
