Deleting emails off the server?

I have an gmail account (and a bigpond account), and when I receive an email it gets pushed onto my iPhone, my other pcs, my mac, etc. I want to be able to read the email once, delete it, and then get it deleted from all the other devices before I have to manually delete each one.

I've heard of this before, I think it is called 'deleting it off the server'.

Any ideas? Maybe an Outlook setting?

You're probably using the POP3 protocol to get your email. Change that to IMAP and it'll all start working properly. (You may need to delete and recreate the accounts - make sure you have the authentication details to hand: username, password, etc.)

Very easy! Make your email account a pop account. Go to Settings>Add a email account> enter your existing email address, BUT LEAVE OFF THE LAST LETTER OF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. That domain won't be in their database. This is where you can choose IMAP or POP. Choose pop, fill in the rest of the information (pop address, stmp SSL etc.) and your email stay on the server for as long as you want.
