Deleting games is not freeing any space on my iPhone 4S
I have deleted 7-10 extra games which i didn't play anymore on my iPhone but still the free space on my iphone usage settings is shown as 0 bytes. However deleting movies is freeing space…
I know this sucks, but it worked for me. I backed up all my stuff and I restored it to factory settings. For some reason there was some garbage on the phone, and when I restored it, it worked a lot better.
You should clean the whole folder.

After deleting the games try to restart your iphone may b it will work for you
You could try a desktop app called PhoneClean to help clear out some space. Free as well.
As far as why deleting games is not freeing up space, that's odd. Supposed to clear away once they are gone.
