Did I permanently damage my ears?
I usually play very loud music through my earpieces. Usually 3 dots from the max volume from an iPhone. Recently I noticed that my right ear doesn't hear the music a loud as my left ear and most for the music seems to be coming from my left ear. When I take out my earpiece from my left ear, I can still hear the music from my right ear, but it's softer. Also there's been construction outside my house, like right outside my house and the house next to me is also undergoing a re-build. Could this be affecting my hearing? My earpieces are fine, I have already tested it. So is my hearing permanently damaged or is it temporary? How can I restore it back to normal? I'm still listening to music through my earpieces, but I'm listening to it at the lowest volume.
Added (1). I want to know if i have permanently damaged my ears, and will they recover.

I try the ones that hook on your ear or the normal headphones but i really want earbuds. Not too expensive. Any websites or stores would be helpful.
