Difference between iphone and android?

I currently am an android user, but have wanyted an iphone for awhile and might get one for christmas, and i just wanna know, what are the differences? Speed, battery, features etc? Which is better?

I Phone let's you do whatever apple wants you to use the phone for.
Android let's you do whatever you want to use the phone for.
I owned an I phone a while back and I couldn't stand how restrictive it was.
Since then I have owned 3 different androids all from 3 different manufacturers and loved them all equally.
And if you're looking for a new good droid check out the Huawei Ascend Mate 2. Huge screen, massive battery and fast processor for half the price of an I phone.

Iphone is the only 64bit phone and you get things like imessage, airdrop, siri, facetime, slomotion video, sapphire lenses, built in fingerprint ID, etc. They also don't lag.

Everything is different from the phone you currently have. As for which is better that's really personal preference.

I would also like to know.

IPhone is the flagship phone developed and manufactured solely by Apple. The device operates on Apple's iOS operating system and is currently in its 5th generation. Android is a popular open-source operating system by Google and is maintained by a consortium of manufacturers and developers. The latest Android available in the market is 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
