Difficulty understanding my presentation
I have to do presentation about an organization. The purpose of this assignment is to give you the opportunity to learn more about a specific communication technology by researching it and how it has been used by a single organization. The course about Intro to communication technology, this Case Study Assignment requires you to select a communication technology (e.g.iPhone, Skype, Email, Wikis, etc.) relevant to an organizational communication process.
So, I selected United Parcel Service (UPS) to present about it, but I feel like it's hard topic to talk about.
I'm looking for any suggestion or anything that might help.
Why bother challenging yourself when you don't even want to take on the challenge rather come to people like us for help? I just don't understand, do your own research. If you find the presentation difficult pick another, simple.

- Unlock iPhone 4 difficulty getting an unlock code? I need to get my iPhone unlocked to use with an Australian sim card. I have called Vodafone in Ireland to get this done but they have just tried to call me back and i do not have enough credit on my Irish number to receive the call as i'm in Australia at the moment. I can't perform the unlock procedure through Vodafone online either.
- Understanding iphone sim cards for iphones? I'm planning on buying an unlocked iphone from a family member. They said something about the sim card from their At&t iphone? Once they remove the card the phone is open for any service. I'm with verison. What i don't understand is the purpose of the card. When i buy the phone will i need to purchase a sim card? And will i have to pay for a data package? For internet and stuff like that?
- IPhone 5 - Technical difficulty (software update)? I have an iPhone 5 and it was telling me I need a software update, so I began the update last night but my phone has frozen! It's just a plain black screen with the Apple logo in the middle of it, and the loading bar below it. It's been frozen like this for 15 hours. I thought I'd just unplug it and allow it to die, but it's taking so long! I held down on the 'off' button for a whole minute and it wouldn't turn off, and I don't know what else I can do!
