Dispatching background check ups in New Jersey?

I'm 20 years old, and I'm getting a dispatching job in the future. I'm curious on what would pop up in my background check. I've never been arrested, went to court twice for silly driving violations like carless driving. When I was 18 I stole an iPhone charger from Walmart. I was never arrested because they felt bad, so they just let me go. They told me I would pay a fine. Couple weeks later I had to pay a 150 dollar fine. I wasn't mad because I deserved it. I was never arrested or brought in any court for it. Can't remember if Walmart fined me, or if they got some court to do it. I remember sending the money in an envelope and never hearing from them again. Would that pop up in my background check up when they look me up? Need help!

Probably not, you committed a citation by stealing the charger in NJ this is known as theft as a disorderly person. However, you never went to court so I'm somewhat bewildered as to who you paid. It doesn't sound like any municipality but a bill from Wal-Mart itself. So I wouldn't worry about it showing up.
