I simply entered the dns servers that was usa and i followed the videos also and all of a sudden the DNS servers stopped working for my phone at first it was working now its not at all. Two of my wifis from my home popped up on my phone so is that maybe why it won't connect? Because even when i did have two it was connecting

I assume you are trying to reach a website that is not normally accessible using your ISP's DNS server, or you are trying to access media that is not normally available where you live.

There could be a few reasons:

1) The DNS you were using has updated its cache and is now returning a different IP address from the one it provided previously.

2) The site concerned has changed its IP address, and the DNS is still returning the old IP address.

3) The site is currently not working.

4) The site has started rejecting connections from the country where you are located.

5) Your ISP is blocking the DNS servers you have entered.

6) Some malware may have put a rogue entry in the phone's hosts file. Entries in the hosts file take precedence over any DNS servers.

When everything is working correctly, it should make no difference which DNS server you use. Theoretically all DNS servers should return the same information. If they do not have the information cached, then they should load their caches from other servers.

If you use a none standard DNS, then there's no guarantee that this will be correctly tracking any changes of IP address that a site may make. Changes of IP address can happen because a site physically moves to a different location or because the site has changed its ISP.

Normally the DNS details would be amended some days before such a move to reduce the TTL (Time To Live) of cached entries down to a few minutes. After a few days, the address change would take place, and the site would disappear for the new short TTL time. After this the TTL could be put back to a more normal figure often set at 7 days. If you use a non-standard DNS, then there's no guarantee that it will observe these procedures.

Having multiple Wi-Fi networks should make no difference. Your phone can be connected only to one, and your phone will still be accessing the same DNS server(s).

Try deleting the profile for your Wi-Fi connection, then reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network without making any manual changes to the address settings.

Finally, when you ask a question like this, it is always helpful if you include details such as where you are located, the site's URL you are trying to reach, the DNS server address(es) you are using, and the reason you are not using your ISP's DNS servers if you set up DNS entries manually. The URL and DNS server addresses will allow others to test access to the site. If others can get through, then the problem is with your ISP or your own network and devices.
