Do FaceTime calls show up on AT&T bill?
I want to FaceTime with my boyfriend from my iPhone 4S to his iPod. Will it show up on the bill or could you view that the call was made online? Basically will any information about the call be able to be accessed anywhere other than my phone?
They won't show as FaceTime calls, but if you made the FaceTime calls using your AT&T data plan, they will count against your data plan and will use data from the plan. If they are made using wi-fi only, they won't have an impact at all on the AT&T bill unless a SMS is sent to start each call (depends on the circumstances of the call).
FaceTime calls use about 3 MB per minute of data.
- Will iMessages sent on an iPhone using Wi-Fi show up on the phone bill? I use an iPhone and text other iPhones, iPods, and iPads on Wi-Fi using iMessage. Will these show up on the phone bill? Or are they separate, since they are sent on Wi-Fi? And when I don't send them on Wi-Fi, would those use up data/show up on the bill?
- If you FaceTime on an iPhone 4 does it add on to your bill? Hi I'm 13 and my dad sent my an iPhone 4. If I FaceTime on it will he be able to see if I FaceTime or text?
- If I text somebody's iPhone from an iPod, will those texts show up on their bill? This person has an iPhone and texts me, but I only have an iPod, which doesn't have a bill. Can those text messages be retrieved?
- I restricted FaceTime from my child's iPhone 5s but she can still make FaceTime calls to her friends because there's a video icon? There's a video icon next to her friends name in her phone list. How can I completely remove this icon please?
