Do I get trouble from Apple for using Cydia in my iPhone?

Cydia is legal and you won't get in trouble, the only thing that you possibly could get in trouble for is downloading pirated content or using installous however it could still affect your warranty.
Also if you want a tutorial on how to get it then i would need to know what firmware you are using.

The only thing that happens when you jailbreak your phone is that it's warranty gets voided by the cellular provider. But if you jailbreak an iPad you break the law.
Steps to jailbreak
1 search evasi0n 7 on google
2 select your computer's OS
3 the program will download
4 run a backup of your phone
5 click jailbreak
6 after about 10 minute you will here a notification on your computer
7when you hear it open up your phone and click the evasion 7 icon
8 your phone will be injected with cydia and it's source this may take a while
9 once your computer says complete unplug your phone and redownload your apps and get to tweaking
*****IMPORTANT
Take the lock of your device
Follow all the instructions E7 tells you to do
And finally if you do "over the air updates" your phone may go in to a loop if booting
Your phone is not "bricked" aka broken it's not use to the files
That's where you restore your phone and replete the process
