Do i have a defected iPhone 5s?
I just got an iphone 5s at bestbuy on sunday and i realized that there's a gap at the top and when the brightness is pretty high and the loghts are off there's light leakage at the top under powerbutton and in the middle at the top, and some spots on the sides? If i go to best buy or apple will atleast one of them give me a new one? Because it is a defect right?
Are you asking if your phone was persecuted in it's home country and came to America to be free?
- Will my iPhone 5 warranty cover my defected charger? I had my iPhone 5 for a while but then all of a sudden, my charger started not to work. I haven't gone to the apple store yet but i was wondering will my 1 year warranty cover that? Will i be able to just swap my chord?
- What does the Iphone 5 have, that the Iphone 4s doesn't have? I was just curious because I have the Iphone 4s, but I'm not sure why I would upgrade to the Iphone 5. Are there any new features?
- My lifeproof case for the iphone 5 is defected? Well, when i first got it i followed all the instructions and the i test it out and all the water went in and broke my phone. But when i observed it more i saw a little hole. Can lifeproof get me a new phone but i don't think i can according to their policy they are not responsible for any damage.
- I have four pairs of apple iphones and all have them have stopped working? Every single one of them has stopped working so that I can only hear music in one earphone and not the other. I can't contact apple to complain because apparently you have to pay to do that! Do other non apple earphones work on an ipod? I don't want to pay like £25 for a set of earphones that is going to break in a week when I can pay £2.50 for a better pair that isn't apple.
