Do I have to put a sim card in my iPhone if I ordered it online?
I just ordered my iPhone 5 from verizon and I was wondering if i could start using it when it came in the mail or do I have to put my sim card in it or take it to a verizon store to get it set up.
Verizon does not use SIM cards since it is a CDMA network.
Usually the phones are set up & ready to use once delivered.
You say do you need to put your sim card in new phone.
if you currently have phone with sim, yes you will need to put in
new phone. If it comes without one. Check your devise if not sure

We can't process your order until these discrepancies are cleared by presenting two pieces of photo identification in store." What do you think they mean by discrepancies? Is this normal protocol for online orders?

Yea, it was a stupid idea buy it on an unknown website. I tried to contact the website owner but he doesn't reply and the website he made has been deleted. Will I be able to get my money back? Should I report this to the cops?
