Do i have to send my case back to otterbox? - 1

I bought a defender otterbox case for my iphone 5 but the screen protector had a few scratches so I contacted customer service and they sent me a new case for free and when it arrived it came with a bag and with postage on their with their address and also a card that said include with defected product. Its been 2 weeks and I haven't sent it back and they haven't said anything about it and they don't have my credit card info or anything and I don't really want to send it back I'm still using my old case since it works perfectly fine. Do I have to send it back?

If they don't have your info I don't think you are obligated to send it back.

You should send the case back. They probably won't honor any more warranty claims unless you do so.

I had screen protector issues and they just sent me a replacement screen protector. No return required.
