Do I need to reactivate my iphone when I restore it? - 1
I want to restore my iphone 4 ios 6.0.1 so I was wondering if I would have to reactivate the iPhone with the SIM card.
I think yes you can reactivate your iphone.
No restore deletes things that are nit needed
You will not have to change the sim card
it will still work after you restore the iphone
Have a good day
- When you restore an iphone from itunes backup does it restore messages? I need to restore my iPhone 4S in iTunes, will I lose my messages or will it leave the messages from my most recent back up?
- My iPhone got stolen. How do I know if the thief managed to reactivate the unit? I still check through "Find My iPhone" app if the thief has managed to hack my iCloud account and reactivated the phone. But I'm not sure how accurate it is. It still says, "Erase Pending: Your iPhone will be erased when it connects to the Internet." The phone still remains in 'offline' mode and it still hasn't been removed from my account. Another question: "Did it help that I right away changed all of my passwords in all of my accounts?"
- If I restore my iPhone will it restore other devices using the same apple ID? My mum using the same apple ID as me an is worried that if I restore my phone then it will delete all of her photos and stuff to. Our phones are kind of linked through the ID but that's all.
- If I restore my iPhone I'll have to get iOS 8.4 I don't want it. But I need to restore my iphone? Okay if I restore my iPhone I'll get iOS 8.4 which I do not want. So if I restore it and iOS 8.4 is now on my phone, will I be able to downgrade to iOS 8.3? But I need accurate answers. Because if I don't this and I can't downgrade then it'll suck!
