Do I need to restore my iPhone before upgrading it at BestBuy?

I'm going to uprgrade my jailbroken iPhone 4S to a new phone at Bestbuy soon (my 2 year contract expired), and I was wondering if I need to restore it before I upgrade phones?

If you have a springboard customization like a theme, live wallpaper, etc. Then yes you need to. Jailbreaking voids the apple warranty and Bestbuy will know that you have jailbroken your phone. Even if you don't have any of those things you should restore it anyways just to be on the safe side. DO NOT RESTORE YOUR PHONE WITHIN THE SETTINGS! Restore you phone with itunes. If you don't restore with itunes it will brick your phone. Before you restore it you may wan't to backup your phone to itunes or icloud though.
