They should, seeing as they are the same physically.
Generally speaking, yes. However, cases designed for the iPhone 5 may not allow you to use the touch ID sensor on the 5s. If that's not important to you, no problem, otherwise it might be a reason not to use a case intended for the older iPhone 5.
