Do iphone from at&t have sim cards?

I was wondering if iphone 3gs have sim cards that are from AT&T?

Nope.

AT&T's iPhone is a GSM phone. It will take SIM cards.

However, in most cases, you will need to unlock the phone to be able to insert any card other than AT&T. Unlock means to remove the programming that makes the phone only able to operate with only one specific carrier's SIM. By breaking this lock, you will be able to use the phone on other services like T-Mobile, and even use the phone overseas with local prepaid SIM cards as well.

If phone need a sim card for service…

Yes, they all have SIM's cards.

  • Taking out sim cards and cellular data on iPhone 4s? Currently I'm in a different country and do not want any unexpected charges to pop up on my bill when I return. My sim card is out but I still send emails and browse the internet using the local wi-fi from my location; since the sim card is out, I won't be charged? Also, what is cellular data? Like I said, I took out my sim card and data roaming is disabled but cellular data is turned on, I won't be charged for it being on since the sim card isn't inserted, correct?
