Do iProduct backups save version?

I jailbroke my iPhone 4S half a year ago on iOS 6, then a few months later downloaded something on my iPhone that caused it to freeze, and i had to restore my phone and update to the new firmware (iOS 6.1.3), which of course doesn't have its own jailbreak due to Evasion and Redsn0w waiting for the release of iOS 7 to confirm that Apple doesn't patch the new vulnerabilities. Or some honestly useless stuff like that.

i realized i have a backup from April. And if i'm correct, my phone was still jailbroken then.

my question is, do iPhone/iPad/iPod backups also save the iOS version that it was backed up on? If it does, is there a way to see which version it was?

It will probably back up. Then update unless once it's done backing up cancel the update. Then unplug your iPhone

  • Why did Apple delete my iCloud backups? I had some backups in iCloud from my old iPhone. I came back to get my stuff and it was all gone. My iCloud storage was full, then when I came back it was empty and there were no backups. I DID NOT delete them. There was a lot of photos, videos, messages and contacts in there I will never get back.

I backed up my phone before i downloaded ios7.So now that i went back to ios 6 everything is gone. The phone was set to a new phone and i lost everything. I tried backing it up but it said that i needed ios7 to back it up. Then i accidentally backed my phone up and it deleted the old back ups. Is there any way i can get my old back ups? I know how to find them kind of but i don't know how to sync them back into itunes or my phone.

When I restoring my backup from iTunes, I saw my C drive space keep reduce until it low of space and can't complete my iPhone restore backup. Because it is copy out data move to my phone. No understand why it can reduced my PC space?
