Do iTunes backups keep your photos?
Something happened to my iPhone and it's all screwed up. The tech dude said to clear it and set up the backup. So do the backups have my (750 some) pictures or do I lose those.
Does* and no, it doesn't.
You're phone can only backup to the last time you made a backup point. If those photos were taken after you made a backup then yes they will be gone. However if you are able to, connect your phone to the computer. Then go to "my computer" and you should see an option to click on your iPhone. Do that, then a file called DCIM of something like that will come up, click that and all your photos will be in there. Just copy and paste them all to a folder on your computer. Then backup your phone.
No do that with iCloud
- Why did Apple delete my iCloud backups? I had some backups in iCloud from my old iPhone. I came back to get my stuff and it was all gone. My iCloud storage was full, then when I came back it was empty and there were no backups. I DID NOT delete them. There was a lot of photos, videos, messages and contacts in there I will never get back.

I backed up my phone before i downloaded ios7.So now that i went back to ios 6 everything is gone. The phone was set to a new phone and i lost everything. No understand why it can reduced my PC space?
- How to save iPhone backups and messages on a Mac? I'm about to wipe my 2011 MacBook Pro running osx mavericks and I would like to keep my imessages I have on there and my iPhone backups. Is there a way to do that? Like to export them to some other device then put then back on my mad after I have wiped it?
