Do the creators of a video editing app get access to the video you're editing?
If I'm editing a video on the iPhone app "Looper", do the creators of the app itself get access to the video I'm editing?
? Why would they do that? Why would they care? They don't care what doing with their program.
Not unless you are uploading them to their server and then editing them (the way web photo and video editors work). But for 99% of phone apps all editing happens on the device and isn't uploaded to the creators servers.
As a thought point, what would they want with your phone edited content anyway, you're not producing anything which could be used for profit unless you are making adult content, even then they couldn't do anything with it on official channels.
Read their terms of service. It will give you a good idea if they legally own the content that you are creating.
- What's a good video editing app for iPhone that's free? I need one that I can either pause my recording at least mash videos together. I used to use iMovie but I got a new phone and I use a different apple account now and I don't have any money on it or money to put on it.
- What's a good video editing app for iPhone 3G? It has to be able to work on iPhone 3G, to trim video, to add video effects, to add sound effects, and to be able to upload videos to YouTube.
- What is the best video editing app on the App Store (iOS)? One thing I like about iMovie is the ability to slow down the speed and sound of videos and especially the sound effects. I tried to save a video on iMovie in portrait view but it turned out stupid in my Camera Roll. Right now I'm stuck with making videos with my iPhone and iMovie isn't all that. I need an app with what I said I like about iMovie^^ and more options such as text animations and filtering videos. Any app out there?
- What is a good video filming and editing app? I need to film a project for my class and we will be doing it on my phone. I need a good iPhone app that will let me take a decent video and edit it (jump cuts) free please?
