Do the iphone water sensors go back to white from red after drying out?
IPhone… Water sensors?
Of course not.
Unfortunately not, once they have been triggered they will remain red voiding your warranty. On the 5 and 5s there are three sensors, one inside the sim tray, on the top. The other two inside the phone. If they are triggered they can't be untriggered. If you have water damaged your phone you can use the other warranty. But unfortunately you will now have to pay. You could go to a second hand phone shop and any damage they should be able to fix.

I've tried all the trouble shooting tips possible. Except replacing the Whole screen. If I order a full screen replacement from Amazon and put it on my iPhone 6 would the phone be working again
- Iphone 6 damaged by the rain but moisture sensors not red? Yesterday Brisbane had some very heavy rain so i decided to put my phone in my "waterproof" schoolbag. I put it in a bag of silica stuff overnight and i can see lots of moisture that has come out so i checked the moisture indicators and they haven't changed colour. The phone still isn't working so what do i tell apple so that i don't admit it was water damage?
