Do the restrictions get taken off?

Basically I have restrictions on my phone but I don't know the password. If I reset my phone (hold the power & home button till iTunes symbol comes on) and set it up as a new iphone will the restrictions still be there?

Actually you have to restore your iphone and set it up as a new phone. The restrictions password will be gone. Or you can jailbreak your device and download ifile go to com.apple.springboard and edit it

If the restriction is wireless carrier based, then only the account holder can remove it. Not unless you know mom and dads account passcode and last 4 of their social security numbers to verify yourself with the wireless carrier agent…

if the restriction is Apple based (itunes purchase restrictions), do itunes restoreal, wipe your phone, make a new apple id on itunes, and walla… Or jailbreak and use ifile
