Do you get your money back if you return something on amazon?

I ordered a case for my iPod and got the iPhone case. I want to return it and I need to know if I get my money back?

Usually you can return things. Contact the vendor to arrange the return. (The vendor may or may not have been Amazon itself.) If the return is arranged, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. Also, you may or may not have to pay for the return shipping costs. Some companies will send you a return shipping label, while others will not. In either scenario, the original shipping costs you paid will not be refunded, only the amount that was paid for the product itself.

So today decided to check if its had ship yet and it did and while I was check that I saw that I bought the case for iPhone 5 and I have the 4s! So I returned and did everything it told me to send a request and it said i have to wait 48 hrs to approve it. So now I'm wondering if they do approve it will I get my money back? And everything works well except it plays videos very slow sometimes. (like YouTube) and the iTunes works very slow as well (the 3G sign goes off most of the time when it's loading something).So I'm not really satisfied cause of that. Since today it's the 28th day with it and I can still return it. What do you all think? Should I get my money back?

I ordered a charger for my iPhone and it comes with a 18 month worry free warranty and my charger broke. So I was wondering can I return it to the seller in a envelope in my mailbox and same thing for the other thing that is broken. like or do I have to go to ups and ship it like that
