Yes, because they are probably charter schools, if they are pure private schools, like Andover Academy, then probably not, but there may be special circumstances.

Your question is not very useful. Most people have no idea what it means, and most people don't care. They only want an all day baby sitting service. If they felt otherwise they would already have sent their kid to another school.

Wait… What? If public money was used in private schools, the schools would no longer be private really.
