The X is ugly imo
So what will the iPhone X do that your current phone won't do? Are you finding that there are high end games that won't run on your phone, or other apps that don't work? If not, then why upgrade, unless it's just as a symbol of high tech jewelery!
I'd say so, if you could live with the cost.

The battery only just lasts the day, but it lasts. On iOS 6, its not super fast but it does the job. I would love a new iPhone 5, but what would I really be getting that my 3GS doesn't give me? I have a very small budget and getting a iPhone 5 would mean I would be broke for 6 or so months. What are the pros and cons of upgrading from a 3GS to a 5?
