It's only worth upgrading if you need to uphold an image.
If your current phone is working fine, I don't think it'll be worth it. I had a iPhone 5 and that had so many problems so that's why I upgraded

So what does the iPhoneX do that your current phone doesn't? You understand that the reason you are paying so much for this phone is that it's really jewelery more than tech! Will your life be incomplete if the screen is almost without a bezel, or your phone is a couple of mm thicker (it's so fragile that you lose that anyway when you put it into a case)!
*My home is full of tech - so my phone is… A budget one, but it's still get a big screen, GPS, NFC, can access my Smarts, Alarm, and cameras remotely. Oh and with everything turned on will still run for almost a week between charges!
