Do you use Internet data when you use FaceTime
My boyfriend just got the iPhone 4 and I have an iPod touch 4g. I was wondering would it use his data if he was to face time me. I was thinking that since its free because we both have apple accounts.
When you use Wi-Fi it doesn't use your data.
If you have Wi-Fi it doesn't use up your data. I don't think it works without Wi-Fi either
Yes it does your data but very little. The face time call uses a little more than a call but when he is Wi-Fi spot uses no data. But most of the time your boyfriend will not use data
- When you use the amazon cloud on you iphone does that use data? Okay so for Christmas I got an iphone 4s and I have music on the amazon cloud that I want to listen to on my iphone. I have to be careful with how much data I use (especially since my brother can go a bit overboard) So I was just wondering whether just listening to the music on the amazon cloud uses data or not.

- If I keep my data on but also use Wi-Fi will it use my data? I just got an iPhone from us cellular. I use Wi-Fi to save data, but I can't receive group messages if my data isn't on. If I keep my data on all the time, but use Wi-Fi, will it use my data? And if I keep both on will it use my Wi-Fi instead of data?
