If the iPhone 4S is unlocked, it won't need a Gevey Ultra SIM. Just put you SIM in and see if you're getting signal on your phone and you're able to call, text and surf internet on it. If not, then your phone is not unlocked. In case, it's not unlocked, you can get it factory unlocked and have the problem solved.
