Sure. The stolen or "found" ones that are iCloud locked that can't be used for anything except maybe as a doorstop… Are pretty easy to find on Craigslist.

I have T-Mobile, which just added iPhones, but if you buy them from T-Moble, it's upwards of $500, whereas with Sprint, Verizon, ect. You can get one starting at $199. I don't mind if it's for iPhone, MacBook Pro or and Xbox360. I'm willing to pay for a good app or game need be. As long as I don't have to pay again In the game. I just don't want to spend 20 bucks once a week for gems. Plus I'm guessing there's a better games like clash of clans.
